UV COATING DRYING LAMPS

The Portable UV coating drying lamps to cure UV paints, are the result of significant investment and research by Symach R&D division and provide a number of unique advantages in terms of speed of cure, absence of solvents, energy savings, versatility and high-performance.

PERFECT FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE REPAIR

Perfect for the use on #electricvehicles too, this technology doesn’t rise the temperature on the vehicles. The UV technology is installed also on the drying robot FlyDry, in the BaseTron preparation bay, along the FixLine system.

BaseTron is the preparation bay with computer-automated extraction in the basement. It is available in different configurations and can be equipped with several tools, including the drying robot FlyDry, the LED lighting system PowerLED, and the Multibox for electricity and compressed air connections.

Introducing DryKing-KombiKing, the innovative and patented paint and drying booths by Symach

The DryKing is a classic paint booth equipped with PowerLed lights and a burner. It can work independently or in conjunction with the KombiKing drying booth, allowing you to accelerate production with up to 16 jobs per day.

The KombiKing drying booth utilizes IR DryTronic Technology, delivering fast, consistent, and reliable drying results. Through electromagnetic waves generated by a chemical reaction, the paint is instantly dried, providing a flawless finish for both water-based and solvent-based products. This allows for immediate sanding and smoothing once the treatment cycle is complete.

Symach’s IR Technology significantly reduces drying and flash-off times, enabling body shops to expedite repair processes while maintaining high-quality results. The booth’s stainless steel internal walls further enhance time and energy efficiency, cutting gas consumption by 93% and reducing drying time by 74% compared to a standard drying booth.

For example, gas consumption per car repaired drops from 45m3 in a classic booth to just 3.21m3 in the KombiKing. Additionally, the DK-KombiKing’s drying process achieves paint drying in only 12 minutes and primer drying in 10 minutes, compared to the 45 minutes required by a conventional booth.

Moreover, the DK-KombiKing is EV-Ready, with low temperatures in the booth and technology that maintains interior and car platform temperatures, ensuring the preservation of batteries and electronic systems in modern cars.
