This highly-advanced booth for aluminum repair ensures perfect aluminum processing with no risk of contamination, it also guarantees a safe and healthy work environment for the operator.
This thanks to the ventilation running throughout the entire work cycle, immediately extracting the gas generated by aluminum’s cutting and welding operations before it can mix with the environment.
That is possible thanks to the Fume and Dust Window Extraction Unit that is the core of both the Aluminum processing booth AluBooth and of the aluminum repair bay AluBay.
TECHNICAL FEATURES OF THE BOOTH FOR ALUMINUM REPAIR
The AluBooth’s fan unit, which is installed in the outer front side of the cabin, has two openings connected directly to the inside of the booth, with special filters for aluminum’s gas. The inlet air comes in from a filter on the ceiling.
The AluBooth is available in two lengths: 8 meters (26.25 feet) or 9 meters (29.53 feet).
The PowerLight system, developed by Symach, guarantees an impressive light on the vehicle. The vehicle entrance door has an electric curtain in PVC, white and transparent; the side emergency door has a steel frame and a tempered glass door. The AluBooth features the MultiBox in the middle of the front wall, with plugs for air and electric retractable tubes. The AluBooth external cladding is comprised of ABS (CoverTop) panels in eight different colors. The cabin’s inner cladding is made of white metal sheet with powder coating.
CEILING AND LIGHTS
The ceiling frame is a welded tubular structure to support the filter and the lights.
The AluBooth has 36 PowerLux lights (with 12 panels, each one has three PowerLux). The innovative lamp was developed by Symach’s research department and offers superior lighting performance. PowerLux has a new and exclusive reflector that focuses the light beam with an angle that covers the vehicle from the roof to the vertical bottom side without any dispersion. This new light reaches a quality and power superior to other lights on the market, both on the vertical side of the vehicle as well on the horizontal side.
CONFIGURATION
The AluBooth is available in two different lengths: 8 m or 26.25 ft and 9 m or 29.53 ft. The height is 3 m or 9.84 ft and the width is 5 m or 16.4 ft.
WALL FRAME
The AluBooth side panel is a tubular-welded frame and inside the booth there is a painted powder coated metal sheet. On the external side there is the (CoverTop) an ABS plastic panel available in eight different colors.
DOOR
The AluBooth has a main door size of 3 x H 2,7 m or 9.84 x H 8.85 ft. It opens and closes with an electric transparent PVC curtain.
MECHANIC
The AluBooth has a ventilation outlet with a fan of 20,000 cubic meters per hour or 705,000 CFM. The inlet air is from the filter situated in the ceiling taking air from inside the warehouse.
COVER TOP
The outer covering of the AluBooth consists of CoverTop panels, made of ABS injection plastic mold, which can be opened and closed. This allows the installation of the electric or compressed air plant inside the wall.
In addition to ensuring perfect aluminum processing with no risk of contamination, it also guarantees a safe and healthy work environment for the operator. This is due to the fact that the ventilation is running throughout the entire work cycle, immediately extracting the gases generated by the aluminum cutting and welding operations. This occurs before it can mix with the environment.
ALUMINUM PROCESSING BAY TECHNICAL FEATURES
The AluBay’s fan unit, which is installed in the front outside the workstation, has one opening connected directly to the inside of the workstation with special filters for aluminum gas. The inlet air comes inside the workstation from the open ceiling and sides curtains.
The AluBay is available in three different lengths: 7 meters (22.96 feet), 8 meters (26.25 feet), and 9 meters (29.53 feet).
The ModulLight frame with the PowerLight system guarantees an impressive light on the vehicle.
The front side is a metal-framed wall and is covered with CoverTop panels available in eight different colors. The other three sides are closed with electric curtains colored in white and transparent. The AluBay has a MultiBox in the middle on the front wall with a fixture for air, electric and plugs.

The AluBay has a circular ceiling board frame in a ModulLight structure that includes PowerLux lights and suspends the electric curtains.
