Automotive Paint Booth
TECHNICAL FEATURES
PRIME PAINT BOOTH is the brand-new paint booth developed by Symach, designed to meet the quality needs of body shops, offering high performance in both ventilation and drying, while maintaining a cost-effective approach.
The booth is equipped with a 210 KW burner ensuring rapid heating of the air during the paint drying process.
PRIME PAINT BOOTH boasts an air system consisting of two fans for air intake and extraction, powered by 10 HP motor equipped with an inverter, protecting the electric motor from potential overvoltage episodes and managing variations in fan speed. Air intake occurs from the center of the plenum to achieve a balanced airflow and a better, more uniform distribution of air inside the cabin. The system also incorporates a damper for recirculating hot air during the drying phase, contributing to enhanced energy efficiency by effectively utilizing heat within the process. The booth also features two pocket filters for intake and exhaust motors.
The floor features three central grids in galvanized steel, completed by a paint-stop filter and a sheet metal for balancing the airflow, both also in galvanized steel. The base below the grid flooring is characterized by a double bottom with partitioned air passage to achieve excellent airflow balance during air extraction.
The lighting is provided by 4 rows of PowerLED lights with programmed activation at the beginning of the painting phase and automatic shutdown at the end of the painting phase and the start of the drying phase, ensuring significant energy savings.
The booth walls, in double-layered white pre-painted steel, come with internal thermal insulation to ensure excellent heat retention. The main door comprises three entirely glass panels, equipped with an internal emergency handle.
Like all Symach booths, PRIME PAINT BOOTH offers a spacious working area, ideal for large modern vehicles, thanks to its above-average dimensions: internal width of 4.5 meters, length of 8 meters, and height of 3 meters.
ELECTRONIC FEATURES
This booth is equipped with a 7-inch touch-screen Mini-PC dedicated to managing the ventilation system’s inverter and burner operation.
The Mini-PC allows setting parameters for painting and drying programs, programming or interrupting the program, as well as turning the lights on and off.
Through the Mini-PC, cabin usage data is remotely accessible and stored in the cloud on the REMO platform, created and implemented by Symach. The platform provides operational data of the booth, such as actual operating hours.
The platform offers users various useful information for cabin usage and maintenance, along with tutorials for paint application and carrying out routine maintenance operations, such as filter replacement.
Additionally, the platform periodically sends reminders to users for performing routine cabin maintenance operations.
The platform also hosts an online spare parts shop, facilitating easy purchase with a credit card and delivery via courier.
