Vertical dust and overspray extraction

The Paint Window Extraction is a vertical unit to extract dust and overspray. It can be installed in the preparation bay, for use during body filler sanding and spraying operations. Additionally, it is functional in aluminum work bays and for cleaning the air of the workshop.

HOW WE BUILD THE PAINT WINDOW EXTRACTION FOR PREPARATION BAY

Symach Paint Window Extraction is composed of a front grille with a filter located in the lower part. The front wall above the grille is made of a tubular-welded back frame covered by CoverTop, an ABS plastic panel, available in eight different colors. The air extraction fan is located behind the wall.

The ventilation is variable from 3,000 to 10,000 m³/h (1,765 to 5,885 CFM), depending on use requirement: preparation, aluminum or air recirculation. The Paint Window Extraction exhaust fan is interlocked with the compressed air to turn on/off automatically for spray applications, or can be left in the ‘on’ position for extended periods.
