The Fume Extraction is a vertical extraction unit for the fumes generated by the processing of aluminium.
HOW WE BUILD THE FUME EXTRACTION FOR THE ALUMINUM PROCESSING BAY
The Fume Extraction consists of a front grille with a filter at the bottom. The front wall consists of a welded rear tubular frame and a front cover made of CoverTop (an ABS plastic panel available in eight different colors). The air intake fan is located behind the wall.
Ventilation varies from 3000 to 10000 m³/h (1765 to 5885 CFM), depending on the needs of use: preparation, aluminum treatment or air cleaning. The vacuum fan is connected to compressed air so that it automatically turns on/off for spray applications, or can be left in the ‘on’ position for long periods of time.
The exhaust fan is controlled by compressed air to automatically turn on/off for spray applications, or can be left in the “ON” position for long periods of time.
