With state-of-the-art ventilation systems, encompassing two backward-curved blade fans, one for the intake and one for the extraction of air, controlled by an inverter, with a total static pressure of Mc 34.000 (CFM 21,011) you can have complete confidence in the exceptional air quality within the booth, safeguarding your freshly painted surfaces from dust and debris.
We also offer protective coatings and wraps for your booth, ensuring its resilience against wear and tear, thus extending its longevity and enabling it to endure the demands of your bustling workshop or garage.
The standard electronics of the DryKing automotive paint booth include the PLC and 15″ Full HD touch screen, with projected capacitive touch screen; the operator can modify all parameters directly from the touch screen, such as:
– modify the duration and temperature of the treatment
– memorize the different types of drying for different paints
– modify the internal ventilation pressure of the booth
– manage the painting and drying data for each work cycle
– manage technical and maintenance problems
– manage the inverter for the introduction and extraction of air
The electronics automatically controls, for each drying treatment, the external temperature and humidity, and the internal temperature. Automatically, without the operator switching the treatments on or off, the software activates the painting, drying or comfort climate programs.
The data relating to the work cycles and the statistical data are stored in the cloud, where they can be accessed via the REMO online platform.
REMO platform manages the scheduled maintenance plan, allows you to upload the jobs to be performed in the booth database and records treatment data such as operator, spraying duration, temperature and drying duration. The platform contains all video tutorials to support you in your regular maintenance activities, tutorials to train your technicians to the use and maintenance of the equipment, and tutorials to help you solve the most simple and common little issues you can face.
The DryKing automotive paint booth can be remotely controlled from Symach head quarter, to quickly activate remote assistance to support you troubleshooting the equipment.
