THE PURPOSE OF THE PARTITITION WALL
The ModulWall is a versatile modular partition wall designed for the purpose of dividing various working areas or providing aesthetic coverings for existing walls. This system offers a high degree of flexibility in terms of length and height, allowing for customized configurations. It can be installed as a single-face or double-face partition.
HOW THE PARTITION WALL IS BUILT
Internally, the ModulWall features a durable metal frame, providing structural integrity and stability. Externally, it is covered with CoverTop panels, which are available in a selection of eight different colors. This design enables the integration of electrical and compressed air systems within the ModulWall, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
To further enhance functionality, the ModulWall offers various optional accessories. The column frame facilitates the connection of the suspended PowerLED Light to the floor while also providing support for the MultiBox and the Sanding Vacuum system, ensuring efficient and convenient operations.
ACCESSORIES FOR THE MODULWALL
In order to optimize the work bay, additional accessories are available for use with the ModulWall. The shelf panel provides a convenient storage solution for tools and bodyshop equipment, keeping them within easy reach. The tool holder panel offers a practical organizational system for tools, ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace. Additionally, the plastic box panel provides a dedicated space for storing small items and supplies.

CONFIGURATION
The MW is a modular system that can be customized. The standard module length is 100 cm or 4 ’’ and the module height is 50 cm or 20 ’‘.
The standard modular size is:
– 1 x H 1,7 m or 3.3 x H 5.6 ft,
– 1 x H 2,2 m or 3.3 x H 7.2 ft, and
– 1 x H 2,7 m or 3.3 x H 8.9 ft
FRAME
The internal frame of the MW equipment is constructed from galvanized metal, while the external component is coated with white powder-coated metal.
EXTERNAL COVER IN COVERTOP
The MW’s external cover can be single-faced or double-faced, depending on the installation orientation. It comprises CoverTop panels manufactured using ABS-injected plastic molds and is designed to be easily opened and closed. This feature facilitates the installation of electrical or compressed air systems within it.
