KombiKing is the drying cabin that works in combination with Symach spray booth DryKing.

It uses the infrared Drytronic technology that dries paint in  only 12 minutes, saving time and energy.

This new drying cabin is equipped with panels spreading infrared waves at a specific range of lenghts, reflecting on the walls, the floor and the roof, that are completely covered with stainless steel sheets. This means thay irradiate drying waves all over the booth and not only along the path of an arch. The booth is large enough to contain a car and several parts on stands.

DryTronic infrared technology does not penetrate more than a few millimeters below the surface of the vehicle, and doesn’t rise the temperature in the booth: it’s ideal to cure electric vehicles because it doesn’t impact the battery pack and the sensitive electronic systems.

Using the CarMover system, it’s possible to move the car into the KombiKing from the spray booth on its left, and from Kombiking to the outside bay on its right for demasking and polishing.

KombiKing drying cabin (patented) combined with DryKing spray booth, allows to produce 1 car (booth cycle) every 30 minutes, for a production of up to 16 jobs per day.

Optimizes space and efficiency, reduces energy cost, and it’s easier to operate than a robot.
