Inventory Table
During the disassembly phase of the vehicle, using the Inventory Table, it is possible to divide all the small components for each panel, such as plastic clips, bolts, and screws.
It features a work surface with a car map; each panel that composes it is transformed into a container where the technician places the small parts.
At the end of the disassembly for each panel, the technician places the bolts and small parts in a separate nylon bag, which is identified by the panel’s color or name.
For example, suppose he has disassembled the bumper, hood, and right fender; he will then place these components in three separate plastic bags, which he will store in the spare parts trolley.
Performing this operation significantly speeds up the reassembly phase, as the technician will find everything necessary to reassemble the specific panel by simply opening the plastic bag.
