BaseTron Preparation Bay & Primer Spray Booth

BaseTron is a preparation bay equipped with computer-automated extraction in the basement. The system automatically recognizes the different painting phases and adjusts the ventilation program accordingly, minimizing energy consumption.

BaseTron can also function as a spray booth for primer application thanks to the optional electric curtains that close automatically during the spraying phase. The 24,000 m3/h (14,100 CFM) downdraft ventilation system is ideal for spraying, and the air filters in the plenum ensure perfect air recirculation.

For optimal visibility during paint application, optional PowerLed Lights are available. Additionally, BaseTron can be equipped with the FlyDry robot, which uses IR and/or UV technology to quickly dry any type of paint product.

This preparation bay can be further enhanced with the MultiBox, a dispenser for compressed air and electricity, featuring plugs and automatic reels. It can also be equipped with the CarMover system to move cars efficiently from one bay to the next.
