New FixLine System in Harstad for Biltrend Co.

Biltrend Co. has installed a brand new FixLine system in Harstad, marking their second FixLine project following the first installation at Bilskadesenteret body shop in Tromsø, Norway.

Designed to handle up to 16 jobs a day, this new collision repair shop features the advanced Symach Dryking-Kombiking system. This system combines the Dryking paint booth with the Kombiking drying cabin.

The Kombiking booth utilizes Symach’s patented Drytronic Infrared technology, which dries any type of paint using infrared waves generated by a catalytic reaction. This technology significantly reduces both gas consumption by 93% and drying time by 74% compared to traditional booths.

Integrated catalytic panels within the booth ensure consistent drying results across all painted surfaces. The polished stainless steel interior walls reflect the infrared waves, further enhancing the drying efficiency.
