BaseTron Preparation Bay & Primer Spray Booth

BaseTron is a preparation bay with computer-automated extraction in the basement.

The computer automatically recognizes the painting phases and changes the ventilation program accordingly, using the maximum speed of ventilation during the primer spraying phase, and reducing it when the painting is completed. The advantage of this program, is that energy consumption is reduced to the minimum.

The BaseTron can be used as a spray booth for primer application using the optional electric curtains, that close automatically during spraying phase. The 24.000 m3/h – 14,100 CFM downdraft ventilation is ideal for the spraying phase, and the air filters in the Plenum guarantee a perfect recirculation of the air.

The optional PowerLed Lights are meant for a perfect visibility during paint application.

BaseTron be equipped with the FlyDry robot using IR or/and UV technology to quickly dry any kind of paint products.

This preparation bay can also be equipped with the MultiBox, a dispenser for compressed air and electricity, with plugs and automatic reels, and with the CarMover system, to move cars from one bay to the following one.
