20 years inventing the future

“Half a life with passion accompanying worldwide bodyshops to enhance productivity and efficiency”, said Osvaldo Bergaglio, CEO & Founder of Symach.

20 years inventing the future and in continous research and development is Symach mission. A FixLine – Timeline guides you through 20 years of passion accompanying worldwide bodyshops to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Everyday small to large body shops, multiple shop owners and car dealers ask Symach to design, produce and install high performance spray booths, equipment and tailor-made repair process. It enhances end customers services and ease technicians work while reducing energy consumption by more than 80%.

Symach technology is future proof in its design, especially as we enter the world of Electric Vehicles and electrified technologies. Spray booths are delivered with high quality components, for instance fan of 34000 mc/h (20.011 CFM) with total static pressure of 500 Pa, bigger booth’s size of mq. 36 (m3 106,20) compared to mq. 28 (m3 70) for conventional, PowerLED with special parabola formed by several mirror steps, 15.6”(19 inches) userfriendly touchscreen operation, Italian design, aesthetic finishing with stainless steel doors and 9 colours for personalisation.

Symach story started in 2001 in Bologna, Italy when Osvaldo begins to build its team composed by production members, R&D engineers, sales and trainers representatives. Corporate anniversary is also the opportunity to reward employees, who contributed to Symach’s success.

Hundreds of customers spread across the globe are part of Symach family and act as advocates to their pairs. They participate in product and solution evolution, sharing concrete examples and advices to Symach experts, who are continuously searching for improvements.

Thankful to celebrate 20 years!
