makes clear how car body shop repair jobs

Drying quality is optimum since, with the Drytronic drying
cycle, the paint product immediately becomes firm and
inert, i.e. no more chemical reactions are allowed so no
more settling movements occur.

The HQD certificate (High Quality Drying), issued by Symach
to the car body shops, guarantees to customers that the
whole car repair process is carried out complying with top
standards and ideal drying features.

ENERGY CONSUMPTION ADVANTAGES
As shown in the time and cost tables, energy costs
drastically decrease if compared to traditional systems like
IR heaters and hot air oven, saving is more than 80% on
fuel and power consumption.

Apart from the savings on fuel and electricity
obtained in the drying stage, we shall also
point out that, also in the painting stage
application, time is considerably decreased
so that overall savings are even greater.
