THE TECHNOLOGY
In order to better understand the advantages that the Drytronic-Symach technology brings, it is worth going through any other comparable solutions. Findings are split at least into three separate arguments:
  • advantages due to automation, technology and robotics,
  • advantages in terms of productivity,
  • advantages in terms of savings.


Despite the great difference between Drytronic-Symach drying times and all the other known solutions, which can be easily inferred in the chart 1, Symach greater advantage lies in the shortening of application times including sanding and polishing times.
In fact, other technologies – such as traditional, shortwave or medium-wave IR heater, etc. - do not improve the application cycle of the paint products so application times of this stage are the same as the ones of a conventional cycle.
The Drytronic-Symach technology considerably reduces application times by 60-70%, sanding times by 50-60% and polishing times by 40-50%.
Another major advantage of the Drytronic-Symach technology is the quality of the drying process that immediately cures the paint product completely and prevents any further chemical reaction or possible defect.
This is different to all other known technology that dries the product only partially. The drying continues for a few weeks after the drying cycle in a traditional oven and, in time, this might lead to flaws.
